Marlyn is a technology evangelist for innovation to improve public sector outcomes for citizens. A member of the Global SAP Future Cities team, she leads go-to-market in North America. A regular speaker or panelist at smart cities events, such as Smart Cities Connect or the Smart Cities Forum, she also produces the internet radio show “Game Changing Smart Cities of the Future” and writes blogs.
Marlyn has more than 20 years’ public services experience, including implementing major technology and policy initiatives for public organizations in Latin America, North America, Europe and Asia. Marlyn also serves as the Government Point of Contact for Americas SAP User Group (ASUG).
Prior to joining SAP in August 2008, Marlyn served as the Public Sector Value Creation Lead for IBM Global Business Services. She holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton Graduate School of Management, and MA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a Lauder Fellow.
