Audrey Taylor:

At age 10, Audrey Taylor watched a single woman — a police officer with no husband, no children — buy a home and move into her neighborhood. That episode opened Audrey’s eyes to the possibilities for women, particularly in male-dominated fields, like IT.

Years later — 20 years ago — Audrey founded netlogx, using her IT know-how to solve complex business challenges for organizations across various industries in the U.S. and beyond. Audrey’s leadership of netlogx, a certified Women Business Enterprise (WBE), has focused on building an organization that’s diverse by design: building a workforce that looks like the client it serves and ensuring all voices are heard and honored. “Different backgrounds enable us to think differently and deliver a better product for our clients,” she explains.

Audrey’s leadership and drive paid off: In 2016, netlogx ranked among the 25 Largest Woman-Owned Businesses in Indiana. The following year, Audrey was elected Member of the Year by the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO-Indy), in great part for championing other women businesses. Staff feedback has earned netlogx recognition as one of the Best Companies to Work For in 2014, 2016, 2017 and 2018 — a testament to Audrey’s steady investment in meaningful employee engagement.

Originally from the UK, Audrey’s IT background began with the insurance, human resources, and finance industries. For 25 years, she’s served in the health and human services sectors, equipping organizations to translate data into actionable insights to solve real-world problems.

In and outside of netlogx, Audrey remains passionate about supporting women and diversity. She serves as Past-President of Women & Hi Tech; she chairs the Ignite Your Superpower Steering Committee, aimed at inspiring and supporting girls in pursuit of STEM careers; she serves on the Indy Chamber Membership Council; she is a member of National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO-Indy); she is engaged as a 500 Circle member and a mentor with the Pass the Torch for Women Foundation; and she is a member of International Women Indiana.

Outside of work and volunteering, Audrey loves to travel with her husband, Nick, and sons, Tom and Harry. She’s an avid reader and enjoys movies, baking and knitting.
