Andrew Hoff is the Director of Operations and Marketing at Indiana Interactive, a subsidiary of NIC, the nation’s leading eGovernment solutions provider. Andrew and the Indiana Interactive team are responsible for developing and maintaining IN.gov, the state’s official website, as well as hundreds of online services for citizen, business, and government use. Shaping eGovernment within Indiana for more than 11 years, Andrew has been at the forefront of online innovation for Indiana.

As Director of Operations & Marketing, Andrew helps to shape the strategic vision for the electronic government services Indiana Interactive provides for the state. Through more than a decade of experience, Andrew is able to interpret the unique needs of each state entity he interacts with and work collaboratively with the Indiana Interactive staff to develop custom, enterprise, solutions that reduce paper or manual processes, and increase government efficiency.

Prior to being the Director of Operations & Marketing and Indiana Interactive, Andrew was the Director of Creative Services. In this role, Andrew assisted the State of Indiana in implementing an enterprise content management system (CMS), analytics solution, email marketing solution, quality and accessibility testing solution, enterprise search, and other portal products available to all agencies in State government. His experience with the implementation of new and trending technologies has helped the State of Indiana earn numerous awards and recognitions.

Andrew is a graduate of Indiana State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.
