“Dewand Neely is the Chief Information Officer for the State of Indiana, overseeing the Indiana Office of Technology and leading the state’s technology efforts. Dewand was one of the initial employees of the Office of Technology, created in 2005, and assisted with statewide IT consolidation. While starting his career in consulting, he has spent the last 13 years serving the State at the Indiana Office of Technology in various capacities before being appointed CIO in 2015. He serves on several boards including being an executive committee member and director for NASCIO, an external advisory board member for CERIAS and a foundation board member for Goodwill. Neely received his undergraduate degree from Purdue University’s School of Technology and his MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.”
